Packaging machinery and packaging systems from ULF-Tec have been satisfying customers' stringent demands in Germany and around the world for some 20 years. Thanks to our in-house planning and production, we are able to create standard solutions as well as customer-specific, special designs in order to handle all kinds of requirements, products and the packaging processes that go with them.

ULF-Tec GmbH offers comprehensive, personal assistance. We work closely with our customers, including directly at their premises. On a completely individual basis, we use the customer's situation and preferences to determine which machine type is suitable and we draw up a specific concept. We take a modular approach to this which builds on our reliable basic models and can be adapted to the requirements of the specific product in line with the relevant specifications. These may include an individually adjustable shaker line for optimising filling volumes, for example, or reliable shaping with a vacuum, or an X-ray machine to monitor the filling process. Our primary focus lies on dry products. To ensure the best possible filling results for these, we also carry out in-house dosing tests and check the product's behaviour in the bag. This allows us to ensure the best possible configuration.

Thanks to their modular design, we are also able to flexibly expand our systems and modify them at a later date.

Our machinery and systems work efficiently and robustly. They are equipped with state-of-the-art, tested technology from Siemens, fill with accuracy to the gram, and are powerful. If maintenance is due or a repair is needed, we offer comprehensive service with short response times and spare parts deliveries.
