New additional partner

The company ULF-Tec has restructured its shareholder base. The previous shareholders, Ulrike and Frank Stamm, have completely relinquished their shares. Since November 2024, ULF-Tec GmbH, a manufacturer of modern packaging machines, has gained an additional shareholder. Alongside Kai Stamm, his son Lukas Stamm is now part of the company.

Lukas Stamm, a trained mechatronics engineer who has been with the company since 2022, brings fresh expertise and new ideas to further advance ULF-Tec’s success story. His entry as a co-shareholder signals a clear commitment to the strategic development and long-term future of the company.
